    Ding Dong snack cakes

  • 1

    (8 oz) pkg low fat cream cheese

  • 1/2

    cup sugar ( can substitute with Splenda)

  • 1

    tsp vanilla

  • 16

    oz Cool Whip Light

  • 2

    small boxes sugar free instant chocolate pudding

  • 1

    small box sugar free instant vanilla pudding

  • 3

    cups milk

Directions

Slice Ding Dongs in half lengthwise and place in a 9 x 13 inch pan, cream side up. Soften cream cheese. Mix with sugar, vanilla and 1/2 the Cool Whip. Mix until smooth and spread over Ding Dongs. Mix all three puddings with 3 cups milk. When thick, spread over cream cheese mixture. Spread the rest of the Cool Whip on top. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
