    teaspoon nutmeg

    teaspoon cinnamon

  • ICING INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2

    cup butter

  • 1

    cup brown sugar

  • 1

    teaspoon vanilla

  • 1/2

    cup milk

Directions

Beat the oil, sugar, and eggs until well blended. Then, add the flour, vanilla, salt, baking soda, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Finally, add the apples and pecans. Mix until well combined. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes in a 9x13 greased pan. Add all icing ingredients to a saucepan. Bring to a rolling boil and then pour over the well-cooled cake.
