Pie: Chocolate Bourbon

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 1/2 c brown sugar
  • 1/2 c flour
  • 3/4 c melted butter, cooled
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 3 T bourbon ( 100 proof)
  • 1 1/2 c chocolate chips
  • 1 1/4 c chopped walnuts
  • 1 pie crust

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Whisk eggs together, add sugars, blend well. Add flour and again blend well. Mix in butter, vanilla and bourbon. Add chocolate chips and walnuts. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake for 45-50 min. Allow to cool and set.
