Irish Elixir

Ingredients

  • 1 measure Irish Whiskey
  • 2 tsp Brown Sugar
  • Coffee
  • Heavy Cream

Preparation

Step 1

Heat glass with boiling water (place spoon inside) for a few minutes.
Add one measure of Irish Whiskey, then stir 2tsp of brown (not white) sugar and stir.
Add boiling coffee and stir until sugar has melted or caramelized.
With a teaspoon resting lightly on the surface of the cofee, gently pour on some heavy cream.
