Crab cakes- traditional

Ingredients
- 1 lb. lump crabmeat
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 4 tbsp. mayo
- 1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
- 1/3 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tbsp. mustard
- 2/3 c. crushed crackers
- 1/2 tbsp. chopped parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Mix everything except crab. Pick through crab for shell bits, then mix into rest. Form into cakes. Cover and refrigerate 1 hr. Pan fry in oil 4-5 min. Serve with lemon wedges and favorite sauce for garnish.
