  • 4 c. broccoli florets
  • 4 c. carrots
  • 4 shallots, peeled and sliced, or red onion
  • 24 shrimps, extra jumbo
  • 4 tsp. sesame oil
  • 4 tbsp. soy sauce
  • pepper

preheat oven to 400 degrees f.

fold parchment in half and put another piece of parchment in the center of parchment and brush parchment paper with oil. layer the broccoli, the carrots on top then carrots, then shallots, then the shrimp. drizzle the oil and soy and season with pepper to taste.

fold paper over and fold to seal all edges together. place packet on baking sheet an d cook 12 to 15 mins. remove and serve.
