Pumpkin Pie

traditional spicey pumkin pie. One of my favorite pies!

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 16 oz can pumpkin
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp allspice
  • 1/2 tsp cloves
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 pie crust, unbaked

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients. Whisk until smooth. Pour into pie crust. BAke at 425 degrees for 15 minutes, lower oven temp to 350 degrees. BAke 40-50 minutes.
