Ingredients
- 1 med. onion, chopped fine
- 1 lb. fresh lump crab
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 oz. oil
- 3 oz. cider vinegar
- 4 oz. ice water
Preparation
Step 1
Spread half the onion over the bottom of a bowl. Cover with separated crabmeat lumps and remaining onion. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour oil, vinegar and ice water over the crab and onions. Cover and marinate for 2 to 12 hours. Toss lightly before serving.
