  • 1 can Hormel chili w/beans
  • 1 can green chiles chopped
  • scallions chopped to cover dish
  • 2 cups shredded colby/jack/cheddar mix cheese
  • jalapenos on top (to taste)

layer all ingredients in microwave safe dish. Microwave for 4-6 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve with tortilla chips.
