Fudge Pie Muriel Brown's recipe

Fudgy and yummy

Ingredients

• 1 unbaked pie shell( Marie Callender's) or your own
• 1 stick butter
• 2 squares unsweetened chocolate
• 4 eggs
• 1 1/2 cup sugar
• 3 tablespon white karo syrup
• 2 teaspoon's vanilla
• 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter with the 2 square's chocolate in microwave, 45 sec. check and stir. If not completely melted, microwave in 30 sec. interval's,stir.
Mix eggs, sugar, syrup and vanilla, add to cooled chocolate mixture.
In bottom of pie shell sprinkle 1/2 cup chopped pecan's, if desired.
Pour in chocolate mixture,
Bake 350@ 45 min or till set.

Serve with whipped cream.
