Ingredients
- 24 Ounces Ore-Ida® Southern Style Hash Browns
- 2 Cups Pepper Jack Cheese Shredded
- 1 Teaspoon Oregano Crushed
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 Red Bell Pepper, diced
- 6 Eggs, lightly beaten
- 3 Tablespoons Butter, melted

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients and spread mixture in a 13” X 9” X 2” baking dish, sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 350ºF for 30-40 minutes or until eggs are set and potatoes are tender. Let stand 10 minutes; cut into squares.
