Ingredients

  • 1/1 /2 lb-2 lb. beans
  • 1 cup vegetable oil or peanut
  • 1/2 lb. ground lean pork
  • 1/4 teaspoon-1 teaspoon hot dried pepper, crumbled. If you like hot use what you desire
  • 3 tablespoon dark soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon msg. if desired
  • 1/2 tespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon dry sherry

Preparation

Step 1

Wash and dry bean's and cut ends off. Dry well,
Heat oil till it smokes, add beans and stand back, cook over high heat till brown, 8-10 minutes. Drain in colander,just bean's.
Pour out fat in pan except 2 tablespoon's. Cook pork and pepper's over high heat for 2-3 minutes, add soy, sugar, salt and sherry, stir till heated.
