Ingredients
- 1 pkg lemon cake mix
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 eggs
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 325 degrees. Lightly grease 8 x 12" baking dish or 9" square pan. Reserve 1 cup of the dry cake mix.
In large bowl, combine remaining cake mix and butter at low speed until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup of crumb mixture. Press remaining crumb mixture in bottom of baking dish.
In same bowl, combine reserved 1 cup cake mix, cream cheese, and eggs at medium speed until well blended. Spread over base and sprikle with reserved 1 cup crumb mixture.
Bake for 30-40 minutes or until center is set.
Cool and rrefrigerate until serving time.
