Ingredients
- SERVES 6
- 3 large vidalia sweet onions
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 2-3 ounces parmesan cheese, grated
- 6 ounces Ritz crackers or one sleeve (crushed)
- Heavy cream

Preparation
Step 1
1. Peel and slice Vidalias into thin rings.
2. Saute in margarine until tender about 20 to 30 mins
3. Place 1/2 of Vidalias into 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
4. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and crushed crackers.
5. Repeat layers, ending with crumbs.
6. Pour a little cream over the top
7. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes
