Ingredients
- 2 lbs. beef chuck roast
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 2 tsp. oregano
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients in crock pot. Cover with water. Cook on high for about 5-6 hours or until meat falls apart. Serve on hard rolls with mozzarella cheese.
