Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl mix all the marinade ingredients and whisk well.

Slice steak and add to bowl of marinade.

Mix well and put all the steak and marinade into a gallon ziploc bag.

Marinate overnight.

Heat a large skillet almost on high (you want it pretty screaming hot).

With tongs add a handful or two of the meat and evenly distribute around the pan. After a few minutes stir around and let the other side of the meat get some color.

Remove from pan to a plate and repeat till all the meat has been cooked.

If you notice alot of liquid in your pan move all the meat to one side of the pan and let that liquid bubble and get thick then mix your meat back into the caramelized liquid, that darkened liquid is what gives the meat its flavor and color, so you want to achieve a dark brown glazy color on your meat. You can even add a little of the marinade to the pan and let it thicken if you dont get enough color on a batch of meat.

I serve this over rice that Ive added a little soy sauce and scrambled egg too and dinner is done! Enjoy!!
