Ingredients

  • Canned or fresh cooked, cubed chicken

  • chopped cashews

  • raisins

  • mayo

  • fresh pepper to taste

  • fresh spinach/mixed greens

  • Substitutions:

  • canned tuna vs chicken

  • peppercorn ranch or greek yogurt vs mayo

  • or your own variations

Directions

Mix chicken with next four ingredients. Chill. Serve on greens.
