Moon Bars

Ingredients

  • Frosting:
  • 1 can lemon pie filling
  • 1 box angel food cake mix (one step)
  • 8 oz. soft cream cheese
  • 2 cups powdered sugar with 1 Tablespoon water
  • toasted coconut

Preparation

Step 1

Mix lemon pie filling with a box of angel food cake. Spread into a 10 x15 inch
jellyroll pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
Frosting:Mix soft cream cheese with powdered sugar and 1 Tablespoon water. Spread over the bars and sprinkle with coconut.
