Ingredients
- 2 C ricoota cheese
- 1 1/4 C parmesan cheese
- 4 egg yolks
- 3/4 C flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients well. Place 1/2 C at a time and roll in flour to shape a log about a 1/2 " in diameter. Cut into small pillows. Drop in boiling water and cook about 1 1/2 min. Remove with slotted spoon.
