    cup melted butter

  • Pat this into a 9X10 cake pan

  • Bake 350 for 10 minutes

  • MIX

  • 12

    oz coconut flakes type

  • 1

    can sweetened condensed milk

  • Put this on the first layer

  • Bake this at 350 for 10 minutes

  • COOL FOR 5 MINUTES

  • Melt 1 large pakage chocholate chips

  • 1

    small package butter scotch chips

  • Spread over top layers.
