Ingredients
- 2 cups Flour
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp. oleo
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 4 cups rhubarb 9cut in pieces)
- 1 pkg. strawberry gelatin
Preparation
Step 1
Mix flour, powder, salt, sugar & oleo. Put egg in a cup & fill with milk. Beat well & add to flour mixture. Spread in a 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Spread rhubarb pieces on top of mixture. Spread gelatin over this mixture. Mix the following & spread over top: 1 1/2 cups sugar, 6 tbsp butter & 6 tbsp. flour. Bake at 375 degrees 40 minutes.
