Ingredients

  • 1 lb (16-ounce) velveeta cheese cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  • 1 can (10-ounce) Ro-Tel diced tomatoes & green chilies, undrained
  • 1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 lb ground beef, cooked & drained
  • 4 green onions sliced
  • Ritz crackers

Step 1

Mix first 4 ingredients in large microwave bowl.
Microwave on high for 5 minutes or until melted, stirring after 3 minutes. Stir in onions.
Serve with crackers.
