Dilled Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 5 potatoes - boil in skins, peel and slice
  • 2 T butter
  • 2 T flour
  • 1 c milk
  • 1/2 c mayo
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/3 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp dill weed
  • 1/4 c chopped onions

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter in pan and add flour. Stir until bubbles then add milk until thick. Remove from heat and add ingredients. Stir in cooked, sliced potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
