Ingredients
- 1/4 cup apricot jam (or peach) mashed
- 1/3 cup low-fat soul cream
- 1 tsp prepared mustard
- 1/8 tsp ground cloves
- 1 tsp cider vinegar
- 1-1/2 lbs ham steak
Preparation
Step 1
Stir first 5 ingredients together in small bowl.
Clip fat edges of ham to prevent curling up. Place ham steak in baking pan. Broil for 5 minutes on each side. Turn oven to 350 oven. Spread ham with sour cream mixture. Bake on center rack for about 20 minutes until mixture has set.
