Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked salt codfish
- 3 cups mashed potatoes
- 2 oz. butter
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1 onion, chopped fine
- season with salt and pepper

Step 1
Mix well together and shape into balls. dip in beaten egg and roll in bread crumbs and fry in good hot pan, using just enough fat to keep them from burning. Keep turning so they will cook evenly. Serve Hot.
