Ingredients
- 4 large chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 3/4 tsp dried basil
- 3/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1 1/2 tsp olive oil
- 2 large eggs
- Tomato paste or tomato sauce
- Toppings: mushrooms, peppers, onion, olives, sausage, bacon, spinach, sundried tomato, shrimp, pineapple, etc

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
Combine all above ingredients in food processor except toppings. Mix well.
Grease cookie sheet with coconut oil. Spread chicken mixture from end to end of cookie sheet with spatula. This makes crust nice and thin.
Bake 15 minutes.
Take out crust, spread on tomato sauce. Add toppings. Put back in oven for 15-20 minutes.
Note: top with cheese if desired.
