Ingredients

  • 3 LB BEEF BOTTOM ROUND ROAST
  • 2 ONIONS SLICED
  • 2 TBL PAPRIKA
  • 1/2 TSP DRIED BASIL
  • 1/2 TSP DRIED OREGANO
  • 1/2 TSP DRIED THYME
  • 3 CLOVES GARLIC MINCED
  • 1/2 CUP WATER
  • 1 CAN BEEF BROTH (CAN USE CHICKEN)
  • 1/4 TSP PEPPER
  • 1-1/2 OUND BABY CARROTT
  • 2 LBS NEW POTATOES

Preparation

Step 1

COAT SKILLET WITH SPRAY
BROWN ROAST ON ALL SIDES
PLACE ROAST IN CROCKPOT
Fry onion slices until brown
Add paprika, basil, oregano, thyme and garlic. Cook for 2 minutes. Place mixture over roast
Add water, broth, pepper, carrots, and potatoes.
Cover and cook on low for 10 hours
