COAT SKILLET WITH SPRAY BROWN ROAST ON ALL SIDES PLACE ROAST IN CROCKPOT Fry onion slices until brown Add paprika, basil, oregano, thyme and garlic. Cook for 2 minutes. Place mixture over roast Add water, broth, pepper, carrots, and potatoes. Cover and cook on low for 10 hours
