Ingredients
- 3 LB BEEF BOTTOM ROUND ROAST
- 2 ONIONS SLICED
- 2 TBL PAPRIKA
- 1/2 TSP DRIED BASIL
- 1/2 TSP DRIED OREGANO
- 1/2 TSP DRIED THYME
- 3 CLOVES GARLIC MINCED
- 1/2 CUP WATER
- 1 CAN BEEF BROTH (CAN USE CHICKEN)
- 1/4 TSP PEPPER
- 1-1/2 OUND BABY CARROTT
- 2 LBS NEW POTATOES

Preparation
Step 1
COAT SKILLET WITH SPRAY
BROWN ROAST ON ALL SIDES
PLACE ROAST IN CROCKPOT
Fry onion slices until brown
Add paprika, basil, oregano, thyme and garlic. Cook for 2 minutes. Place mixture over roast
Add water, broth, pepper, carrots, and potatoes.
Cover and cook on low for 10 hours
