Foolproof Dark Chocolate Fudge
- 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand Sweetened condensed milk
- Dash salt
- 1-1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
In 1 quart glass measure with handle, combine chips with sweetened condensed milk and salt. Cook on 100% power (high) 3 minutes or until chips melt, stirring after each 1-1/2 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spread evenly into aluminum foil-lined 8 or 9 inch pan. Chill 2 hours or until firm. Turn fudge onto cutting aboard, peel off foil and cut into squares. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
