Breakfast Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. quick-cooking oats
  • 1/4 c. peanut butter
  • 4 pkgs. cocoa mix
  • 2/3 c. raisins
  • 2 packets of artificial sweetener
  • 1/4 c. Grape Nuts cereal
  • 1/2 c. water

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; mix well and press into a baking dish coated with cooking spray. Freeze for 30 minutes; cut into bars and wrap in plastic wrap. Store in refrigerator or freezer for a healthy breakfast on the go.
