Ingredients

  • 2 (14 oz) packages pumpkin bread mix (can also use gingerbread or spice cake), baked according to directions
  • 1 box vanilla pudding mix, prepared
  • 1 can pumpkin pie filling
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/3 tsp ground cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 large container of Cool Whip or homemade whipped cream

Preparation

Step 1

Stir pie filling, brown sugar, and spices into prepared pudding. In a large glass bowl, crumble one loaf of bread or cake (can also cube instead of crumble). Layer 1/2 of pudding mixture and 1/2 of whipped cream. Repeat with remaining ingredients ending with whipped cream. Sprinkle a little cinnamon on top for decoration. Refrigerate until served.
