Sauerkraut & Sausage

Ingredients

  • 1 onion, large, chopped
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • olive oil
  • potatoes, in skin
  • smoked sausage

Preparation

Step 1

Put oil in the pan. Add onion and pepper. Saute for 30 minutes.
Slice sausage to onion mixture (the last 10 minutes).

In a pot, cook potatoes in the skin for 35-40. Peel potatoes and add to mixture - warm. Salt to taste.
