Ingredients
- 2 c. crushed pretzels
- 3/4 c. melted oleo or butter
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 oz. Cool Whip
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1 (8 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
Preparation
Step 1
Mix pretzels and oleo; press into 9x13-inch pan. Bake at 400° for 8 minutes. Cool. Blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread over pretzel layer and seal to edge. Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add pineapple and oranges; cool. Spread over. Chill until firm.
