Buffalo Chicken Lasagna

  • 12 pieces lasagna, uncooked
  • 1 lb chicken, cooked and diced
  • 4 cups spaghetti sauce
  • 1-1/2 cups water
  • 2 - 3 tbsp hot pepper sauce
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 15 oz cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cups blue cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Combine chicken, spaghetti sauce, water, hot sauce, vinegar and garlic salt. In a bowl, combine cottage cheese and egg. Spray 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray. Spread 1 cup sauce in bottom. Arrange 4 pieces lasagna over top. Layer with 1-1/2 cups sauce, half of cheese, 4 lasagna pieces and 1-1/2 cups sauce. Spread on remaining cheese and final 4 pieces lasagna. Cover with remaining sauce. Cover and cook at 350 degrees for 60 - 70 minutes or until lasagna is tender. Sprinkle with blue cheese. Let stand 15 minutes before cutting.
