Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients

  • 10 flour tortillas
  • 4 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 - 1 pound cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 pound Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cr. Only
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • salt, pepper, garlic
  • 1/2 stick oleo
  • 2 tablespoons picante sauce
  • 1 can chopped green chilies
  • 1/2 pint sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Mix chicken, onion, soup, spices, oleo, picante sauce, chilies and sour cream with 1/2 cheese. Fill with 2 tablespoons meat mix. Place in 9x13 pan. Pour remaining mix on top. Sprinkle enchiladas with rest of cheese.
