CHICKEN WELLINGTON POT PIE

Ingredients

  • thin chicken cutlets
  • puff pastry (frozen- room temp)
  • 1 jar chicken gravy
  • 1 cup peas & carrots
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • onion diced
  • egg wash

Preparation

Step 1

1- make filling: mix together veg gravy onion mushroom

2- lay chicken flat place filling in middle roll up then place in cut pastry and roll up Place in baking dish and wash top of pastry
Repeat for all cutlets

3- bake in oven 375o for 20 min
