Ingredients
- 1/2 lb butter
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2-1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 cup quick oatmeal
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup Rice Krispier
Preparation
Step 1
In a large (5 quart) bowl, cream the butter & sugars. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Form into small marble-sized balls. Bake at 375 degrees about 10 minutes.
