Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 1 t plus 3 T butter
- 18 large white mushrooms, pull stems, mince and save
- 1 t lemon juice
- 2 T minced red onion
- 1 T minced red pepper
- grated gruyere
- 1/2 # crab meat
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/2 c bread crumbs
- 2 T mayonaise
- 1/2 t Dijon
- 1/2 t Worchestrshire
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/8 t thyme

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Rub 9x13 pan with 1 t butter. Melt 2 T butter and dip mushrooms and place in pan. Heat rest of butter, add stems, onion, pepper. Cook to tender, about 6 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Fill mushrrom caps. Bake uncovered 20 minutes.
