  • Beef Brisket
  • 1/2 lb sliced mushrooms
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 cups crushed tomatoes
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup cold water

Preparation

Step 1

Cut brisket in half
Put in slow cooker
Add mushrooms & bay leaves
Combine the balance & pour over beef
Slow Cook for 6-8 hours
