- 1 cup dry quinoa
- 2 cups cold water

Step 1
1.Rinse quinoa thoroughly; drain.
2.Combine quinoa and water in small saucepan; cook over high heat. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to maintain a gentle boil; cook, covered, for 20 to 25 minutes, or until all water has been absorbed.
3.Remove pan from heat and let quinoa sit, covered, for 10 minutes. Do not remove lid.
4.Fluff with a fork and serve.
