blueberry and brown butter squares

Ingredients

• squares
• 1/3 cup unsalted butter
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• pich salt
• 1/3 cup milk
• 2 cups fesh or frozen blueberries
• struesel topping
• 1/3 cup flour
• 1/3 cup chopped pecans
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1/4 cup butter cut into small pieces

Preparation

Step 1

preheat oven 375 grease an 8in square cake pan
for topping mix all until crumbley
squares
melt butter cream butter and both sugars add egg
and vanilla until fluffy add flour mixture and milk until combined
scatter blueberries overtop and sprinkle topping
bake 45 to 50 min
