• 1 cup ketchup
• 2 cloves garlic (grated or chopped)
• 3 tbs brown sugar
• Splash of apple cider vinegar
• 2 tbs worcestershire
• 2 tbs maple syrup
• coarse black pepper
• 1 1/2 tsp paprika
• 7 ozs tomato paste
• 3/4 cups dark brown sugar
• 3 tbs spicy dijon mustard
• 2 tbs worcestershire
• 2 tbs BBQ Seasoning Mix
• 4 cups water
• 1 tsp salt
• cracked black pepper
