Ingredients
- 1 pound dry penne pasta
- ]1/2 cup shredded Parmesan
- 1/2 cup minced fresh parsley
- 2 T. olive oil
- salt and black pepper, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Cook penne in boiling salted water according to package directions. Toss pasta with Parmesan, parsley, and oil. Season pasta with salt and pepper.
