This is a wonderful recipe to make and keep in the refrigertor around the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. It will keep in a jar for months. It is good to have as an appetizer spread over cream cheese or to accompany meats, especially pork and turkey.
- 2 jars (8-10 oz.) apricot preserves
- 2 jars (8-10 oz.) apple jelly
- 1 small can Coleman dry mustard
- 1 small jar horseradish
Mix well. Put in covered container (I use glass) and refrigerate.
