Ingredients
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 1 lb ground turkey
- Salt & Pepper
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 medium onion finely chopped
- 2 Tbs ancho chile powder
- 1 Tbs New Mexico chile powder
- 1 Tsp ground cumin
- 1 14oz can chopped tomatoes
- 1 15oz can tomato sauce
- 1 15oz can black beans, drained & rinsed

Preparation
Step 1
In a saucepan, heat the oil. Add the turkey, season with salt and pepper and cook over moderate heat about 4 minutes.
Add the garlic, onion, chile powder and cumin. Cook, stiring about 5 minutes.
Stir in the tomatoes, tomato sauce and 1 cup water. Bring to a simmer. Cook over low heat stirring occasionally until thickened, about 45 minutes.
Add beans and simmer for 15 minutes.
