Ingredients
- 2 ounces silver tequila
- Sea salt
- 1 ounce Cointreau
- 1 ounce lime juice
- 1 tablespoon Peppadew brine
- lime wedge

Preparation
Step 1
Rub the rim of the glass with a lime wedge, dip rim in flaky sea salt, and fill glass with ice. Pour 2 ounces silver tequila, 1 ounce each Cointreau and lime juice, and 1 tablespoon Peppadew brine into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into a glass, and garnish with lime wedge and a Peppadew
