Ingredients

    cups thinly sliced cucumbers

  • 1

    cup thinly sliced onion

  • 2

    tablespoons salt

  • 1

    tablespoon celery seed

  • 2

    cups sugar

  • 1

    cup apple cider vinegar

Directions

Put the cucumbers and onions in a bowl. Take the salt and with your hands completely coat the vegetables. Let sit 1 hour in refrigerator. In a saucepan boil celery seed, sugar and vinegar until sugar is dissolved. Pour over the cucumber/onions. Store in refrigerator.
