Fruit Dip 2
- 3 Tbs. frozen orange or pineapple juice concentrate, thawed
- 1 Tbs. honey
- 2 tsp. snipped fresh mint or 1/2 tsp. dried mint, crushed
- 2 cups sour cream
Stir together the orange or pineapple juice concentrate, honey and mint. Stir in sour cream. Cover and chill in the fridge for at least one hour or up to 6.
Serve with your favorite fruits for dipping. We enjoy strawberries, raspberries, kiwi, cantaloupe, and apples!
