- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- nuts, chopped, optional
- non-instant vanilla pudding mix
- frozen dinner rolls
Cooking time 30mins
Melt butter, brown sugar and cinnamon together.
Spray a bundt pan and throw a handful of chopped nuts if desired. Dump in a small-size box of non-instant pudding mix powder.
Place about half the frozen rolls into the pan followed by half the butter mixture on top of that. Add the rest of the frozen rolls with the rest of the butter mixture on that.
Cover and leave overnight. (Any longer than 7 hours out, place in refrigerator.)
Uncover and bake in the morning at 350 for about 30 minutes.
Turn the pan over onto a large plate so the butterscotch goop will drip through while the rolls are still hot.
