- 2 15oz can black eyed peas
- 1/2 cup red onion – chopped
- 1/2 cup green pepper – chopped
- 1/2 cup red pepper-chopped
- 1 bag frozen jolly green giant white corn (or 2 cans white shoepeg corn)
- 1/2 clove minced garlic
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- dash black pepper
- hot pepper sauce (few shakes)
